S3 constantly freezing. Have cleared cache, done the fill and delete with dummy files etc, still freezing, any ideas? Please help, very frustrating.

Have you try factory data reset? It may help but it's a pain

Before you do that. Do back up!
- Sync all your necessary account(s).
- Save/back up your files, such as docs, pixs, video..etc
- If you not rooted, check 'Helium' back up utility without root in Play Store.
- If you're rooted, you should know how Titanium work or Nandroid.

4.4 will likely never come to GS3. At least not any time soon. We dont even have 4.3 yet, and I dont think the S4 will be getting it for at least a couple months. So dont bank on it coming out any time soon. 4.3 will likely be within the next month.
