samsung galaxy s2 touch screen not working while on charge!

Ive had my samsung galaxy s2 for a few months now, everything has worked fine. Not rooted or anything. But the other day I dropped it prretty bad and the whole screen wase shattered, i got it repaired,whole new screen. Works great, although, when i plug it in to charge, the touch screen doesnt work at all. The power button works, the two touch buttons work, but the screen itself wont work while charging. It charges also. I have read some other threads but none helped, they said to switch chargers. Which i have, but even then the charger i have used to work before this problem (its a samsung charger). I have turned the phone off, battery out, sim card out. Im out of ideas, please help!!
