Samsung Confirms the Galaxy S4 Mini will Come with the Snapdragon 400 Processor

Samsung confirmed earlier this morning that their new Galaxy S4 Mini variant device will hit the streets with the Snapdragon 400 CPU which was previously rumored. Here's a quote from Sammy,

Samsung uses Qualcomm's processor, MSM 8930 Pro for 4G LTE and MSM 8230 Pro for 3G. The only difference between the two chips is that a different network(4G or 3G) supported.
