Samsung charging?

Plug my phone up when i go to bed
Seems the phone charges to 100% and charger shuts off...i never see 100% unless i catch it when the charge has just completed..is this normal?

I have a similar issue. I never get passed 94%. I got to 97% when I unplugged and plugged back in when it was at 94% and another haof hour of charging. In running superclean 2.8 so I just fig it was cause of that.

when it gets to 100%, the phone slowly drains to 90% and starts charging again. it does this to save power, electricity etc

Its more so that you prevent the battery from staying near, at, or over fully charged which leads to capacity loss...
