Samsung A21 constant Wifi notifications

I don't have data.
Rely on Wifi, I had turned wifi off for a while, turned it back on recently.
Ever since then I get constant notifications....
: wifi calling preferences uploaded to optimize network...."

This wasn't happening before.
Any ideas on why ?

I'm with T-Mobile on a Note 20 Ultra and have never seen this notification. From what I've read it is a T-Mobile thing. Here's a link explaining how to get rid of it.

I use Republic Wireless, which uses a couple of different carriers Tmobile might be one but not sure.
I don't think this is the issue though, as it wasn't doing it before, perhaps I changed a setting somewhere, but I have yet to find out where ?
