safe mode?

Has anybody else have their note 3 start up in safe mode? And does anybody know why it would do that? It was kind of weird I ran a lookout for viruses and malware but nothing.

On the subject what's a good virus and malware program? Is lookout a good one it came on the phone. Thanks for the help.

Perhaps your vol - key was pressed on boot up.

Is that how you get to safe mode? I noticed my case wasn't on right on that side well that's a releaf thought I got a bug lol.

If you press power then hold the vol - button, it takes you into safe mode. Reboot takes you back out.
