S7 Edge - Frontal Camera fluzzy

Hello,

I buy my S7 edge in Malaysia and the picture are fluzzy with the frontal camera. It looks like beauty effect.

If someone can help me to fix that I will be very grateful

If the photos always look fuzzy, I would have Samsung change the phone...

But it looks more like an effect but I reset the setting and the issue still

Did you do a Factory Reset?

I had this same issue when I got my S6 Edge + and after weeks of being frustrated and missing some really good selfies with my husband in Hawaii, I found there is a very small clear cover on the front camera. It looked like it was a piece of plastic stuck on there to protect it in shipping. Once I removed that my front camera cleared up. So double check to see if there is a clear sticky on there.
