S4 pc data to mobile transfer problem

hi..
i have s4 and i have a problem when i transfer a data file such as (modren combat 4) game from my pc to (android-obb) at the end an error occur that it cant complete the transferring and it cancels..i searched the internet for solution and never find one so any one have the answer to my biiiiiiiiig problem..
