Running Liberty, want to install Blur Apps

I just installed Liberty 2.0.1 It runs much faster and does everything I need it to do, except for one thing. I no longer have Caller ID readout, like when I my Droid 2 was running the stock rom.

Is there a way to install just the Blur Caller ID readout feature onto my Droid? If so where can I download the necessary files? I don't have a backup, but I do have friends that have Droid 2's that could probably loan it to me for a while.

I have caller ID, but I want it to speak it. Like when I get a call, I want it to say "Call from John Doe," or "Call from 555-555-5555"

That feature was standard in Blur.

This may be wrong but does that have anything to do with the text to speech options in system settings? You may have to enable accessibility. At least try it. Also check if you have the app talk back. I'm just guessing here though.
