Quick question about flashing ROMs (Liberty).

I'm running squidlys right now and I want to flash Liberty, I just have a few questions about flashing Liberty though.
Heres the directions from the Liberty thread:

"Install:
make sure you have root and clockworks recovery installed
-boot into recovery via clockworks bootstrap
-select "wipe data/factory reset"
-select "Yes -- delete all data"
-go back "powerbutton"
-select "install zip from sdcard"
-select "choose zip from sdcard"
-find and select LibertyX/2-X.X.zip
-reboot"

1). Where in the steps do you "mount system"?
2). Do I have to SBF since I'm currently running squidlys, or does step 2&3 "delete all data" take care of everything?
3). In Titanium Backup Pro, whats the difference between "Restore missing apps + all system data" and "Restore all apps with data" and which one will I want to do?

1. Mount system after power button, before install zip.
2. I didn't SBF coming from Squidly and have seen no problems whatsoever. Wiping should be just fine.
3. I can't help you with Titanium, sorry.

Thanks alot for your help man, greatly appreciated! Maybe after flashing this I'll upgrade from noob status lol. Thanks anyway maybe someone can help me Titanium back up.

You want to restore missing apps with data, this will restore your user apps and leave the system apps out of the mix. Restoring system apps from one rom to another can cause issues.

tappin and a talkin

I knew spaz would come to the rescue lol thanks, now that that's cleared up, I feel a little better about flashing a new rom.
