rumours regarding bbm coming to android

First of all hello im new to this site,
We all have heard that RIM has announced that bb messenger is being released to adroid as well, so I thought in order for it to work; wont we be getting bb pins too? Because thats the only way we can add others in bbmessenger contact list.so anyone have any idea what will it be?
