Here's a large Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumor for you guys this morning. The new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which will be officially unveiled on September 4th, will supposedly come with a massive 3,450 mAh battery. This is about 11% larger than the previous 3,100 mAh version on the GNote2, and huge chuck larger than the 2,500 mAh battery in the OG GNote. It also happens to be bigger than the battery which came with the most recent phablet launch the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, which had a 3,200 mAh juicer.

We are sceptical yet optimistic about this one, and will keep you apprised if we get any corroboration on this one before the official launch.

Maybe, just maybe OEM's are starting to realize people would rather have a big honking battery then the absolute thinnest smartphone. Fingers crossed, but skeptical.

I'm still loving my S4 but really interested in this beast of a phone. Can't wait for it to drop.

I hate the size and have no use for the function for which it is named but the specs sound unbelievable. 3 gig of ram alone is a HUGE advantage. Add a big battery and perhaps the best processor in any current phone and it makes we want to check on holster options.

I love the size...once you get the use of a phone like the n2 you get spoiled and I've never had issues with it being uncomfortable...today I had a meeting in city..popped off case went with it naked in suit pocket..and when out partying its slim case...I also find it funny how many N2 users are complaining this new phone is not bigger..I saw it all over G+ today..hehe
