could someone point me in the right direction to download RSD lite? I'm having problems :/

Unless someone beats me to it, I will post a link in a few minutes but if you do not absolutely need to go back to 744, there is a tool that will flash 748 stock. It also will root your phone, and other features.

Go to www.droidrzr.com look for the development section in the forums. It is the razr utility tool.
