New fastboot files worked perfect. Quick question though.

I just used the new fastboot files to restore my Razr and it seems to have went without a hitch. Now I can flash away without using common sense haha. My question is, does the Razr battery charge in fastboot/bootloader mode?

EDIT: Files worked perfectly using RSD Lite 5.5
