RSD Lite not recognizing Droid X

I'm trying to flash the ful 2.2 sbf, but RSD lite shows the model number as S Flash OMAP 3630 MI (tried lite 4.7 and 4.8) Have tried phone with USB debugging on and off, in PC mode and USB Mass Storage Mode. Is it OK to flash the sbf anyway?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right click on RSD lite. Properties. Compatability, click on box at the bottom beneath privilege level. Run as administrator. Doesn't matter if you are the only one using the computer and have admin rights. Still do this.
