Rooting the Verizon Galaxy Tab

I bought the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Tab (7in.) in September and finally got the update to Gingerbread last week. Now I wanna root it. Does anyone have the directions for this? I can't seem to find anything that pertains to the Verizon or Gingerbread versions.

If your on the latest update its limited for now until the easy ways are updated. But for now you can do it one of two ways, flash a pre rooted rom or find a kernel for the same version you have and flash that.
