Rooting/Roms

I recently got my Bionic and it is replacing a Htc Dinc which I rooted and was running Cyogen 7.01 which I adored.
I have not read to many consistent threads on any truly stable builds.
My question is am I missing something or should I give the developers more time.
I want to make sure that I do whats best fir me to get the performance that I know this phone is capable of.
Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.

DROID BIONIC not only does it DOES

Thanks

Ugh, I have done something wrong here.
First off I want to say thank you for your response.
Much to my dismay I have to say that I was not able to install the R.O.M.
I first did the petes one step method.
Put the 3 lines of script in the folder.
downloaded the Bionic boot strap that cost money
downloaded the file manager which cost money
downloaded the rom manager
Put the blur on my s.d yada yada yada.
I went to do the install and everything went wrong, needles to say I am at a lose:icon_evil:
