Rooted ics razr. Phone wants me to update. What do I do

Hi, I am running rooted ics on my razr. My phone keeps telling me to update to jelly bean. I know that I cannot update directly while rooted, but I would like to keep root. How should I proceed to update to jellybean?

You can install vodoo rootkeeper from play store, once installed tap protect root and you should keep root. But if you lose root you can download droid razr utility for jelly bean and re root. There is a thread for the utility under droid razr hacks.
