Root DROID X w/GB 588

I just went to GB 588. Now I want to root. Do I need to revert back to Froyo to do this?

No there is a rooted .588 search the forums for the link. I forget where its at.

You can also use Gingerbreak.apk. Its like Z4Root but for Gingerbread on the DX. Bootstrap to use is D2 not the DX version.

From Droid on 1200mhz of Gingerbread Steroids
