Known Issues:

• Verizon Hotspot does not work (Use the included wireless tether application)
• Possible freezing issues

Battery Tips:

• Disable "Tell HTC" service: Settings -> About Phone ->Tell HTC -> Disable
• Disable Software Updates: Settings -> About Phone ->Software updates -> Uncheck Software Updates
• change Wi-Fi Sleep policy: settings -> wireless & networks ->Wi-Fi Settings ->15 min
• Disable Phone Finder: Settings -> Location
• Disable Weather Sounds & Clock Widget Full Screen Animation
• Increase Facebook/Twitter/Stocks/Anyone otther accounts sync interval to 4hours or more
• Use Auto-Brightness
• Disable Haptic Feedback
• Use Wifi when available
• Set screen timeout to 30 seconds
• Standalone GPS should be OFF when not using navigation
• Refrain from playing angry birds while on the pooper

Download the rom, place it in the root of your sd card then boot into recovery and flash!! I am loving this rom so far! Zero issues and no freezes on stock kernel.

You need to flash that through adb. There is a pretty detailed set of instructions in the main forums. Check it out, and if you have any problems pm me and i can kinda walk you through it.

Flashed this rom this morning and haven't had any problems with it. I am still using stock kernel , new to flashing kernels on a device this way so holding off to avoid issues. Like the subtle tweaks here and there without having issues with functionality and what not.

lovin it so far, have an issue me thinks (don't think its the rom yet though)

WiFi won't turn on, says "Error" underneath WiFi were the AP that you are connected to would normally be, can't get it to turn on...

And I'm missing GAPPS...

I think its because I flashed Ziggy's kernel after flashing the ROM? Just two things I noticed this morning when playing around a bit, when I fully wake up with coffee I'll investigate my issue a bit more lol



EDIT: I wiped SD Card/Internal memory after installing ROM/Kernel... was anything placed there after install? I never checked...

EDIT: Flashed GAPPS. Still no WiFi, going to re-flash ROM/Stock Kernel

Bummer, WiFi won't work on ziggy's kernel. Stock rooted kernel works great though.

No way around it, ziggys kernel has issues on this rom.. I have tried every possible way to install and every type of setting on it, and wifi will NOT work. I have the stock kernel and am running buttery smooth with it. Give them time and all the little bugs will be squashed. I did notice that while on bamf, i had ziggys kernel on it, and my battery was drained within a matter of about 4 hours. That was without oc and running on demand governor. Hopefully he will get it ironed out cause I really like the kernel.

To all the devs out there, keep up the awesome work!!! It is amazing how much has come out since the boot loader was unlocked in such a short time! Thanks to all you do!!!!!!:hail:
