If you are ready to ditch TouchWiz on your Galaxy S4 then developer "cphelps76" has the hookup. He has released his "Demented" Rom for the Verizon Galaxy S4. Demented is based on AOSP 4.2.2 and will bring the true Vanilla Android experience to your Galaxy S4! The Gapps package is built into this Rom so you won't have to flash those separately. This rom has been tweaked for ultimate performance. Linaro based Project Elite Kernel is included for even more speed!
There are lots of extra customization options included in this Rom including status bar clock options, clock colors, AOKP transparency manager, AOKP navbar, AOKP navring, battery bar, custom carrier label, Lock Clock, CM Pie Control, Lockscreen background options, Inverted UI for a unique look and feel, Apex launcher, Demented Home Screen, Demented Beats DSP Manager, Demented Apex theme, hardware key rebinding, Beats Audio, HD Boot Animation, 60 HD Custom WallPapers, and more.
There are only a few bugs so far. The 4G is working just fine, but it is not defaulting to that so you will need to select your network mode in settings. Bluetooth is still a work in progress. Other than that the Rom is looking good.
