Ringtones, where are they?

Just bought the Droid X2 and cannot figure out where I can view my ringtones. Is there a way that I can see them and maybe even send one from my phone to a friend?

Go to your settings then sounds then ringtones.

For the other stuff you'll need a file manger that lets you view the internal memory.
