How do I pull ringtones from a text message

I have several ringtones that I sent to my phone via phonezoo.com . With my older verizon phone, I could add those to my ringtones easily. With the Droid X, I cannot figure out how to pull the ringtones from the text messages to use as ringtones. Can anyone help me please?

If I remember correctly, long press on the message and it should give you an option to save or set. I do not remember for sure and cannot test it right now.

I tried that. The only options that come up are:
Open message
Play slideshow
Save slideshow
Forward message
View message details
Delete message

Just tested it. Not sure why it is "Save Slideshow," but that saved a ringtone I texted to myself from the wife's phone.

I tried Save slideshow, but it does not appear in my ringtones when I check after saving it that way. I am frustrated. It has to be more simple than this.
