Ringtones and sd card

I used to just drag and drop music from my computer into my Ringtones folder in my phone. Last time I tried to do that I couldn't locate the folder. Is there a good file manager app or another way to do this?

Not sure why you need a file manager or how it would help for drag and drop. Unless the folder was moved/deleted it will be in the same place as it was.
