Ringer not working?

Ok so I have an X on 2.2.1 with 2.3.340 and the Apex rom on 1.3.1

The issue I've been encountering is that when I have a phone call come in it doesn't ring most of the time. The text and email alerts both work fine but the phone call doesn't trigger vibrating or ringing at all.

Any suggestions?

PS I tried searching around and couldn't find anyone with a similar problem, if I missed a thread I apologize. I always look before asking!

Ive been having the same prob recently. I've been running this rom since it came out and just in the last few days this has been happening to me. Not sure how to remedy it, all I can say is wait for fabulous' update. I've tryed just about every rom out there and non can touch apex. Please hurry fab, I can't check this site every 15 mins anymore. I need my apex
