Ring back tones

I'm looking to get ringback tones for free. Does anyone know be a website on how I can do so. I've heard of a thing called freeware where you make your own ringback tones. But you need a computer and I do not have 1 this point. So that kind of nagates me doing that please help.

Ringbacks are what a caller hears when they call your phone. These are controlled by your service provider and not editable by the user. Ringtones on the other hand are what you hear as a ringer and you can change those easily. One website with free ringtones is mobile9.com. there are also several programs you can put on your phone to create ringtones like ringdroid.

As stated ringback tones are a pay service from VZW.
