I had not loaded a ton of apps, but I had a few on there. I was having a real difficult time with my 3G connection, it would pop in for one sec, then leave and my X was constantly on 1X.
I tried to remove some apps and do some other tweaks...no fix.
I called Vzw on the way home from work and she suggested a factory reset...see how that is, if still having probs they will mail out a new phone. She could see me connecting with 1X and I was near 3G towers.
So I reset it, got it back up and the 3G is there, constantly.
The only other concern I have is I had done the update they sent out last night, does anyone know if that reset also erased the update? I would call Vzw but they are closed.
