Revert inverted color apps

I have a couple of apps that have inverted/negative colors to match the overall theme of the Liberty ROM, but how do I get them to be normal? Specifically they are Gmail, Google Voice, Google Talk, Google Maps, and Android Market.

If you reflash the rom without wiping everything will be back to stock rom theme
