A few days ago, my RAZR began running very hot and battery life was suffering for a while. Last night, the device completely died and I can't get past the Motorola logo when trying to turn it on. Fortunately it is insured and I have another coming in a few days. My challenge, however, is retrieving my pictures and video that are on linternal storage and stupidly not backed up. Any suggestions?
