restoring backup data to new S4

I'm with Verizon and upgrading from my stock droid bionic to the GS4


I've always had android phones with stock systems and now that I'm going to samsung I have a question about restoring my data and settings.


I'm using mybackup pro and want to know if there will be any problems restoring my data, sms messages, and settings from my stock android phone to the samsung touchwiz?


Will restoring to a different user interface cause any problems?


Should I not restore system settings? I assume that would cause issues.

I use TitaniumBackup and I only restored data on the apps that I absolutely need. I would definitely leave off system settings because you're going have to more problems than what you're gaining from restoring.
