Restoring apps/system data in Titanium Backup

So when we are flashing various ROMs and this and that, is it safe to restore apps + their data? What about system data?

apps + data sure, I do not recommend system data.

Thanks! I came from the OG Droid and it is basically assumed not to restore app data on most gingerbread builds. This is great news though and will save me lots of time when flashing ROMs.

if you didnt use TiBu for data, you could use a lot of other apps to just restore the app part. TiBu's root function allows you to bring along any data associated with it and restore it so you can continue angry birds right where you left off :)
