resizing icons?

i just installed the liberty rom and wow is it fast, i don't even think i need to overclock it. anyway how do resize my icons? it doesn't allow you to do it by just long pressing the icon like the factory rom. take for instance the tapatalk icon is just the 1x1 default and i can't resize it to make it fit my homescreen.

with the factory rom, you long press on the icon and it highlights in yellow then you drag the corner of the box and you can make it bigger or smaller.

Hm, I can do that on my phone. Using ADW Launcher, I think that's what allows it.

ah i'll have to wait till i get tired of the stock launcher, then i'll go back to launcher pro.
