I am looking for an app that will show me the number of new mail messages on the home screen when I turn the device on. This could be a widget too, but I want to see the number of new messages without having to open mail.
Also would love a home screen app that shows new calendar events, mail, and twitter feed as soon as I turn the phone on. Anyone know of anything like this? Heard of HomeScreener2, but it's in beta and I might be too chicken to try it.
