Replacing ADW with Launcher from Bugless 0.6.1

I really like the Launcher from Bugless Beast 0.6.1. I tried installing in it in CM 6.1.2 but every time I reboot I am back to ADW. Could anyone direct me on how I can replace ADW with BB stock launcher?

easiest thing i can say to do is to first extract launcher2.apk from the bb0.6.1 zip file. install it, then using root explorer delete adw launcher from system/app. and ur good to go. just tried it and worked flawlessly..

That worked for me. I didn't delete the ADW from system/app before. Now that I did I keep the other launcher after reboot. Thanks dude.

Or you could have gone into Manage Apps under [settings][applications], found ADW, and cleared the defaults without deleting the app. That would have worked. But deleting it works too...
