Replacement piece?

Ok, so my hubby dropped his X between the couch cushions then proceeded to put the foot rest down and jack up his power button. Its like smashed into the phone...he refuses to claim it on insurance and pay a lot (yes its less than full price) but he's cheap. Lol. Any advice? You all have been so helpful for my newbie questions...hopefully you can help! Thanks in advance!

That's what I told him but with the x isn't the replacement fee over $100 or something? I can't remember.

Its not like you can go to a junkyard unfortunately. He will need to get a new phone.

The deductible is 89 dollars.

I'm all for saving money when you can, so I understand, but as previously stated, phones arent usually things you can swap parts out on. Sorry.

Thanks X_TAC23....$89 sounds better. I also told him just to get a new one....but he wanted me to ask on here lol.

It's amazing the psychological effect $11 can have :)

Anyway, that's why insurance exists -- at least there's a happy ending.

Hey....$11 can make a difference lol. Don't judge me. ;) lol. He's waiting until something really busts up.
