Removing the "Green Guy"

Hello,

Is there any way to remove from my Droid 2 the green Droid robot displaying tips on the home page top?

Hold your finger on him for a second, and then drag him to the bottom of the screen into the trash bin.

 

[Droids]

Long press on the icon and then drag it to the bottom of the home screen, when it turns red, release it.
