Removing root apps from dx

The other day my dc started having issues with the headphone jack. I am going to go back to stock using maderstock, but I need to get rid of my root only apps too. How can I remove them from my phone without losing them on my google account? I don't want to have to rebuy bootstrap recovery or titanium pro. Thanks.

You can remove them just fine. Google remembers that you paid for them indefinitely.
