Removing pics with time stamp

I have pictures on my phone that I need to take off to use in a lawsuit but I some bow also need the time stamp and ideas?

Do a google search on how to get EXIF data from your photos.

If the pictures are going to be on an XP PC then you should be able right click on the picture, select properties, Summary tab, then click "Advanced >>" button. Everything you ever wanted to know about the photo is listed here.

Also if you upload photos to a site like Flickr, this same info is read and used to tag the photo's.
