Removing Credit Card Info Off of Market/Google Checkout

My wife put her Credit Card Info into Google Checkout to purchase an app (game) for one our grandkids. Since then the grand kids have inadvertently purchase games. How do we remove the Credit Card info from Market/Google Checkout, so that this will not continue?
