Remotely Turn On Sounds?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering, is there any app I can put on my Droid Incredible, that would allow someone to text it something, and turn on the sounds?

Like
"Turn On Sounds" and the volume for the device goes to max?

Look in the market, there's an app that if does that so if you lose your phone it does all that, I just don't remember what its called...
