Remote device administrator

Having trouble removing pin lock setting. Had a corporate account but since deactivated it and still wont let me highlight to turn off the security feature. Think it might have something to do with backup assistant. Any suggestions?

Backup Assistant is the third rail for the Bionic (or any Smartphone), IMHO. Suck it up, do factory reset, and JUST SAY NO when Backup Assistant wants to "help".

yup, doing that now, can i freeze backup assistant with tb?

Haven't rooted so haven't tried freezing, but from what I have read seems to be effective. Probably can accomplish what you need by not giving Backup Assistant your PIN during setup. It will still be hanging around but can't hurt you.
