Remote Desktop App

Is there a remote desktop app available for the Droid X that will allow me to use wifi in lieu of the 3g network? The current app I am using (remote RDP 3.0.3) will only work over the 3g network. It is very slow. This same app works fine for the HTC Incredible over wifi. From what I have read it has something to do with the Motorola Software.

Any suggestions?

Try remote desktop client from xtralogic
That is much faster and much smooth
Of course it works with wifi

Thanks a bunch, I just found it as I was pulling up your response. On a side note, I use the RDT to access my work accounts (windows based) but I would like to access my home computer as well - it is a Mac. Any apps out there for that?

BTW - is the xtralogic app worth the $25 price tag?

Actually I bought both remote rdp and xtralogic
But xtralogic is far more smooth and fast.
I try remote rdp every time it get updated but it isnot yet at the level of xtralogic.
It Is definately worth because it is complete program

Not sure about mac though, I only have pc

Does it have to be RDP or can you use VNC? I've used the free version of Remote VNC and it does a decent job but eventually went with the paid version of PocketCloud. Its touch pointer made all the difference for me. Really easy to use, which is good because I use this program everyday.

I think PocketCloud does RDP also.
