Sorry i should have put that in the first post. I have tried themes but i did not like any, so i am slowly customizing the non themed ud2.5, but the one thing i have no idea how to do is mess with the framework. If you can make a list of what to do i could give it a try.

If you have NinjaMorph it makes framework theming a breeze, you can do it right from your phone, if not you need Root Explorer to pull the framework-res.apk and get it to your computer and then on your p.c. you can use 7Zip to open the framework and look inside, replace the images you aren't happy with and push or flash your new framework to your device -

Ok, thanks for the links. One more question can I take things I like out of ROM`s and apply them to mine (IE: highlight colors, dialer, the look of the settings menu) or am I way off track. I have no idea how to create themes, but I want my ROM to be to my liking.

For the link problem...you just need to right click and copy link and paste into your favorite browser. If you look at the beginning of the link you will see the problem. Just erase the extra in the beginning and they both will work.
