Recovering Deleted Call Logs

So my boyfriend accidently deleted all his recent calls from his phone. Problem is he had not stored any into his contacts, is there a way I caan recover his call log?

If you don't know whether to trust him or not, it means you probably shouldn't be trusting him

This is not a trust matter. Simply a lost data issue. We need those phone #'s back. I trust him with all my heart.

Why did he delete them?
As far as I know, there is no way to recover them.

He deleted them by accident. He is hopeless when it comes to phones or any electronic device for that matter.
