Recover Message from Email App Trash Folder

I'm sure this question has been discussed but it's a tricky one to search for and I can't find the answer. I use Outlook as my primary email client for a POP3 email account but I also sometimes check the account with the Email app. Normally I'm careful not to delete messages from the phone, but I accidentally deleted one I'd like to recover.

The Email app has a handy Trash folder. My deleted message is there, which is great -- but I can't find any way to recover it. Is that possible?
