Do I have to reboot my phone every time it starts to lag? I swear, scrolling up and down on my Facebook page or even through text messages lags at times for some reason has become a bit slow at times. I already rebooted the phone once, but I'm afraid if I reboot it again something might happen to it.

Download fast reboot in the play store. It quick reboots processes mimicking a reboot.

I do a hard reset and clear the cache a couple times a week, it really does make a difference.

I mean by holding down the volume down and power button for ten seconds.

And clearing the cache from recovery. I don't lose any data.
