Rebooting constantly

I bought this Droid Incredible from craigslist and when I first turned it on it was all good and worked for like 10 mins then it just kept rebooting over and over. The ESN is still good so thats a plus.

I was advised to come here and people will help me install a new OS? or something like that.

Can someone link me a guide please?

First thing is to boot into hboot by pressing volume down and power while powering up the phone. What does it say at the top? should say s-on or s-off.

Next thing in preparation for what we're going to have to do is to format the sd card to FAT32. Instructions are here: Formatting SD card to FAT32

I have an old droid original and it has a 16gb FAT32. Can I use that?

Format the card from the original Droid before using it.

Yeah So I get it looked at and the guy tried to install the old OS but it is internal issues, anyone know how to warranty it? it still hasnt been out for a year.
