Reboot 'click'

So it seems that ever since I loaded the droidx bootstrap and switching roms everytime my phone reboots it makes this fairly loud click sound. Like something spring loaded hitting something kinda padded. Then once again at some point during the M screen, but higher pitched sounding. Doesn't seem to be affecting the phone performance in any way. Any guesses?
