This is an updated Droid X - to 2.3.340
Everytime the phone is rebooted, the e-mail notification resets to the default. None of the other notifications (text, G-Mail, Touchdown, etc) resets themselves.
Anybody else seeing this?
Any ideas?
Update: for anyone interested - this seems to be an SD card issue of some kind. Since I am rooted, I moved the sound file to /system/media/notifications and now the sound stays put.
Now, if I only could get DroidX overclock to boot into the right freq settings (it also seems to 'forget' upon boot)
