Really stupid question... brace yourselves!

Just got the Droid Incredible and already have questions!

OK.... The small end of the charger doesn't look like it fits the slot on the phone. The car charger I got at the same time looks the same as the one with the phone, but I'm scared to force it since I don't know if the "broad side" or the "narrow" side of the plug goes up or down...

Can anyone please help? I want to start using it!

Hay don't feel bad lol. I'll show you what i did just to make you feel better. Dandroid (owner of this forum) is sending the incredible out to the mods just so we can check it out (aint that sweet!!?). Anyway i got it from someone and made the following post in the mod forum :rofl3: normally i wouldn't admit how dumb i am to the general public but this i couldn't resist lol

Who had the incredible last? I think i have the cable for your umm i don't know. I thought it was a camera but I just read the tag again and it says DICMUSB not DCIMUSB. It also says, "for warranty replacement of your phone call 1-866-406-5154". There ARE some numbers on there that i'll google.

I went to activate it this morning and it needed a charge so I went to plug it in and it doesn't match. :rofl3: damn!!

Ok I googled and it said it's for the incredible. Here's a pic:

Maybe i'm just retarded :shocked: but i don't see any other place on the phone to plug it in. :shocked:
